1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using iCOREx's website, consultation desks, or advisory services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2.Description of Services
iCOREx provides professional Australian educational and migration consulting, including:
- Australian university course selection, eligibility evaluation, and direct application submission
- Application fee waiver facilitation and offer letter procurement
- Subclass 500 Student Visa document preparation, GST statement auditing, and filing support
- Australian migration pathways, Subclass 485 post-study work visa planning
- Pre-departure briefings, airport arrival assistance, and regional PR point guidance
3.Client Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate & Genuine Documentation
You agree to provide true, authentic, and complete information, including academic transcripts, work experience certificates, bank financial statements, and English language test scores. Submitting fraudulent or forged documents is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of advisory services.
3.2 Timely Response & Deadlines
Students must respond to university or counsellor communications promptly to ensure application deadlines and tuition deposit timelines are met.
4.Service Fees & Transparency
- Primary education counselling and partner university application submissions are free of hidden charges.
- External fees (such as university tuition deposits, OSHC health cover, biometrics, medical assessments, and official Department of Home Affairs visa fees) are payable directly to the respective authorities.
- Refund policies for university tuition deposits are governed strictly by the respective Australian university's refund guidelines.
5.Limitation of Liability
iCOREx provides professional guidance and administrative assistance. However, final university offer decisions rest solely with the respective academic institution, and final visa grant outcomes rest exclusively with the Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA). iCOREx cannot guarantee visa outcomes or decision timeframes.
6.Intellectual Property
All branding, website content, logo graphics, and original guidance materials produced by iCOREx remain the intellectual property of iCOREx. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
